Within the framework of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, AMPER Group has acquired on February 7th, an 80% stake in ROBERT WEST CONSULTING, which allows it to control and consolidate this British company. The shareholding was acquired through the subscription of a capital increase for PROES CONSULTING, the Group’s engineering company, for the amount of 500,000£. In addition, AMPER Group will invest an additional 500,000£  to finance and promote the development of the joint Business Plan with ROBERT WEST.

ROBERT WEST CONSULTING is an engineering company, founded in 1977, located in London, and whose areas of activity cover all transport infrastructures. The company is mainly focused on providing services in the Anglo-Saxon market, both to the private sector and the public administration, and has an average annual turnover of more than 4 M€.

With this acquisition, AMPER Group positions itself in the British market, where a ten-year infrastructure and energy plan (2021-2031) with an associated investment of 650,000 million pounds sterling is expected to be developed. In addition, with the support of this new subsidiary, it will also be able to provide technological and industrial solutions to Spanish companies with interests in the aforementioned sectors in the United Kingdom.
